The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) offers Student Travel Support to enable IEEE CASS Student Members to present their research at flagship CASS conferences. Full details and guidelines are available on the CASS Website. The submission deadline for the 2025 Student Travel Support Round 2 is 24 February 2025. Please note that each conference will only be included in one Round, so you must apply during that relevant period.
The grants will be provided as a reimbursement to expenses for travel to the conference. The reimbursements will be handled by CASS via Concur. Please note that the final amount given to the awardee will be based on expenses incurred by the students to attend the conference, not to exceed the awarded amount.
Eligibility Criteria
Requirements for students receiving the grant include:
- Is an undergraduate or graduate student;
- Is an IEEE CASS student member;
- Has a paper accepted at the conference;
- Must attend the conference in-person.
