When will I be able to register for the conference?
Registration pricing will be announced shortly. Once open, delegates will be able to register through the registration page.
Bag Search Policy: All attendees will be required to follow all rules and instructions of the venue and its security staff regarding security and when required shall agree to submit to bag searches, and any other form of security check.
When will I be able to submit a paper for the conference?
Paper submission will open around August 2024. Once open delegates will be able to register through the paper submission site.
How do I view the program online?
The program will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. For updates, please see the program dropdown menu.
How do I get to the conference?

When is the early registration deadline?

Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
All registrations are paid for online however if this is not possible, please contact us at ckravec@conferencecatalysts.com.
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in USD.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
An invitation letter will automatically be issued after you have registered and payment has been received.
